Moments of Solace...

...I long for more with You.

Forgive me Allah I have failed.

I don't spend enough on Your doings. I tend to get lost in this world at times. Please help me to always remember You. To have You in my heart always. Taqwa is what I seek to gain. Though I seem not to have proven so.

As the days go on, it dawns on me slowly  the wrongs I have done. Thank You.

Now as I sit in the quiet of the night, strip me off ugly adornments, let me engage with humility. To see the light, clothing myself once again transparently, layer by layer, seeing clearly with a heart that desires and strives to be pure.

Forgive me Allah, please forgive this humble servant of Yours.
